A. Service Fees Based on Budget

Service fees are calculated as a percentage of your ad account top-up amount. Rates decrease as your daily spend tier increases. All new clients start at the standard 8% rate until monthly spend is reviewed.

Payment Methods

We accept cryptocurrency payments for international clients. Always confirm wallet addresses through our official Telegram channel or this website before sending funds.

Top-ups are typically credited within minutes after on-chain confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are shared during onboarding.

B. Policy on Page, Domain, and Others

• Cyber Agency Meta provides Meta (Facebook and Instagram) agency ad accounts only. We do not support Google, TikTok, or other ad platforms.
• Each account registration is limited to a maximum of 5 Facebook pages and 5 domains.
• Pages and domains submitted for approval must not have been previously registered with another agency for the same ad account purpose.
• Once pages and domains are submitted for compliance review, they cannot be replaced or added to the same account. Additional pages or domains require a new account registration.
• All landing pages, offers, and ad creatives must comply with Meta advertising policies. We conduct a compliance review before account issuance.
• Restricted verticals (including gambling, crypto, health claims, and financial services) may require additional documentation and policy alignment before approval.
• Clients must maintain an active Business Manager (BM) connected to their pages for verification and ad format compliance where required by Meta.
• We never request your personal Meta login password. Account access is provisioned through agency infrastructure only.

C. Handling Restricted Ad Accounts

• If your ad account is restricted or disabled by Meta, our team will file an appeal on your behalf where eligible under Meta's review process.
• If the account is not reinstated after appeal, we will request a refund of the remaining account balance from Meta on your behalf.
• Meta retains final authority over account status and refund decisions. Refund processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days once approved by Meta.
• Remaining balance refunds are issued after Meta confirms the refund. Service fees on spent budget are non-refundable.

General Terms

• By using Cyber Agency Meta services, you agree to comply with Meta advertising policies and our onboarding requirements.
• Account access may be suspended if policies are violated, payments are not confirmed, or submitted pages or domains fail compliance review.
• We do not guarantee specific advertising results, ROAS, ad approval outcomes, or account longevity. Meta retains final authority over ad review and account status.
• Disputes should be directed to support@cybermeta.cfd. These terms may be updated; continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
